Intentions & Goals:: My intention is to serve higher consciousness. I want to become more visible as a Teacher and assist people to transition into the Information (Aquarian) Age. This is a special time in our history where we are moving into planetary consciousness - recognizing that we are 'ONE TRIBE' on this planet.

Goals are

* Teach more Kundalini Yoga classes, series and workshops in Interior BC
* Do more one on one Healings
* Be financially prosperous - own land / have all resources I need /
* Feel vital & healthy in my physical body

As I move toward my goals I intend to bring the energy of "playful courage" ( the meaning of my name) to the present moment knowing that the Universe is doing all the *work*.

letting go - day 6

sat nam, Today has been about facing the reality that my wife and I will be leaving our nice safe house sitting gig in less than 2 days. Today I am in a silent retreat with my wife - well not what you think- it's just the two of us in a house - not speaking to each other - by choice as a spiritual practice.
