strange how things work.

I have been taking the new earth course. i don't have any friends that are interested so it is kind of lonely. I find that lately i am disgusted with or at least ambivilant with most of what is going on in the world. Movies television (with few light hearted exceptions) are not entertaining. So today i set out to find something of interest and worth. It would seem that i found it. i read the secret about a year ago. My relationship with the creator...the big "I am" is unshakable. I may have a different viewpoint of that entity than I did when I was a kid, and I may not completely understand all the rights and wrongs...but my unending need to be connected with him/it is undeniable. I think there are many, many times when God puts the desire in our hearts; though sometimes, we may want something for selfish reasons~ and that won't fly!
But much of the time, I think God is giving us suggestions that fit with our own individual nature, when we have a longing or wish come up that we see is good.
As to letting God take the lead, it's a mindset~ I determined to give God veto power, and then to go ahead and make decisions as if it were all up to me to decide. After that, God can step in and keep it from me or give me something better, whichever goes best with what is best for me.

I could waste a lot of time waiting for God to give a definite "Ok" or "no" before I act ~ sometimes, God is leaving it up to me.
I try to follow any guidance from Divine Love that comes to me; I most enjoy it when given clear signs as to what to do!
But if the direction doesn't come, I go for whatever seems best~ and give God the Veto power over it!
