About Me:: My passions are art and nature. I've been leaning about the Law of Attraction through the teachings of many people such as Wayne Dyer, Deepak Chopra, Ester and Jerry Hicks, and Louise Hay. Still learning, but beginning to realize how I can use my talents to serve.

At year end 2008, my business has grown by 37% over 2007

My outside sales rep has contributed nicely to the business growth, and is being compensated quite well for a job well done.

I live in a beautiful home surrounded by nature within a 25 minute drive from the store; There is a great big gorgeous and healthy oak tree in the back yard, a creek flows nearby, and I wake to the sound of wild birds singing everyday.

I am earning a comfortable salary, I'm paying off my debt quickly, and I have no financial concerns.

I'm meeting new people. I see the good in all people, and I'm getting a clear picture of the qualities my soul mate has. At the same time, I'm discovering myself, and my life's purpose. The time will come soon to meet my soulmate.

Day 87 S1 - Egrets visiting my home

Today is the first day of my 4 day vacation. No plans other than going to see my mom with my sister on Friday. Today we had some wonderful thunderstorms. I love a good loud storm, and the hail mixed made it all the more fun. I'm the idiot who stands by the window to watch it when the warnings tell you to stay away from windows! Day 86 S1 - Becoming witness to the thought

I'm only on page 28 of The Power of Now, by Eckhart Tolle, and the first chapter is called You Are Not Your Mind. In this past couple of years I have been very conscious of my thoughts. And I have actually "talked back" to my thoughts - and had these funny little conversations going on in my mind. Like - why are you thinking that? Day 85 S1 - Be true to yourself, and the doors will open!

I'm really recognizing subtle messages, or perhaps they are not so subtle. Throughout my spiritual journey, I have always tried to stay positive, be kind & generous, respect all, etc. etc. I realize that throughout this, I have been denying my true emotions in some respects. Being happy and positive is wonderful! I love it! Yet I know that in doing so, I have suppressed some negative emotions rather than allowing them. I got angry on Saturday, and let it out. Day 84 S1 - Opening the door

Yesterdy I released some anger and tensions. Today, my closet door is now opening smoothly. It has been sticking for months, and when I just put my laundry away this evening - I was shocked when the closet door opened so smoothly. (One of those folding type doors on a track). An egret flew right in front of me as I was driving today. It was glorious. I had several errands to take care of today. the second one had a huge line. I left, went on to the next stop. Okay...Rich (husband, camera man and nature lover) insists I tell you the truth...the "truth" is we don't have Egrets here, we have their cousins and overlord species (not the way a naturalist would say it, but I want you to enjoy the pic not the pickiness) Herons! Thanks so much for the comment. I think I'm miffed because it's so un-Louise Hay-ish to me. I love her. When she first started her website it was full of neat things like pull a message card and angel cards and numerology type things. It made me want to buy Doreen Virtue's books because the angel card pulling was cool..you know? But like you, I don't have the time to think on any given day "Hey it's ____ day on the radio...." To get an email that says "effective immediately..." was kind of a shock. It's not that I mind paying as much as the way it was done. :-(
I feel too new here to make many comments on other people's blogs but I love knowing people are here.

They are the Great Blue Herons......and they have a very nasty habit of flying away when I have a decent shot lined up....I am resorting to back-up......my husband is a much better heron hunter (camera only)...well, better photographer period...but I thought I'd tell you about this "surprise" because it's taking a while and I have no patience with surprises....especially if I've blown it by telling......someone should have taken a video of me screaming at the egret that got away....they can fly you know....crafty little critters.....Love you, hope you think you are as awesome as I think you are!
