Your posts are very inspirational. I get up at 4am each day myself and meditate, do yoga and write. I'm also a Vegan and feel so much clearer and healthier since adopting this lifestyle change. I buy most of my food at and Organic Coop and there is very little packaging so I find that I am creating a lot less post-consumer waste as well which makes me happy because I am very passionate about Mother Nature and the environment -- but certainly not radical, just respectful. Welcome to the challange -- I am certain that you will deliberately create a beautiful life for youself.
