About Me:: Hello Co-creators,

I just wrapped up Season 3 (June 16) and will begin my Season 4 on June 21st, the day after the Summer Solstice. My intention for myself during all my challenges is to always remain open minded, open hearted and receptive to the wisdom offered to me by my fellow companions on this wonderful journey called life.

I am an Intuitive Life Coach, Writer, Visionary and Sidereal Astrologer living and working in Southern California. I have always been aware of my intuitive gifts and have used them throughout my life as a natural extension of my 5 senses. My work is strongly influenced by the Universal Principles such as those found most recently in "The Secret" and the teachings of Abraham-Hicks.

Starting Date:: June 21, 2008

Intentions & Goals:: I take a different approach to the challenge. I've had the greatest success in manifesting things in my life by not sharing the specifics with others, but planting the "seeds" or ideas and then protecting them from outside influence, quietly focusing and taking action as the universe inspires me. I use affirmations each day, I align myself with the "cosmic creation" cycles of the Soli-Lunar Cycles and the Seasons, I create "mind movie" vision boards on my computer which I set to music and watch several times a week. I enjoy being a part of the community, sharing my knowledge with others and enjoy listening to what others have to share. Visualizing and my awareness of consciously creating my reality has been a part of my daily life since the mid 1970s when I read Ken Keyes "Handbook for a Higher Consciousness" and Shakti Gawain's "Creative Visualization.

Practices:: Vision Board, Journaling, Gratitude Journal, Fitness, Meditation, Affirmations, Creating intentions, 100% responsability for your life

I realized that yoga is more than exercise. I felt a great desire to practice yoga. In these days I was thinking to do exercise and begin a new diet but now I am going to look for a group where they practice yoga. I want to change the way I look the things. For many years I feel guilty because I am "catholic" and the priest told me that I didn't have to believe in astrology and tarot and other things. But inside of me I continued believing in all that. I was reading many books about other ways of thinking. And now I know God loves everybody no matter what your religion is and what kind of thoughts you have.
