Day of Awesomeness!!!

Well they're all awesome days!! At work its "employee appreciation week" (whatever that means....) and they offered free chair massages!! Awesome! It was the best way to start my work day... Although I was way sleepy afterward. Thank you work for appreciating us. Today is my day 39, and I was reading my journal last night of the past 38 days, and its amazing the outcome of my challenge.. Day 19!!!

19 days in! Wow, I feel like I just started! Things are moving along nicely!!! I was going to do a video, but I'm just not feeling very camera ready this evening, so hopefully I can get it all out in writing. My main focus this season is health and fitness, and making my butt look better.... And since I started my challenge, its been easier to make healthy choices. 2 weeks in (day 15)

So I started my challenge 2 weeks ago, I just read thru my journal entries, and I'm really happy with what has come so far. day 12 & 13 were a little rough, but I also got off track, I didn't exercise, or make healthy diet choices, or meditate... And I realize what a difference it makes... On a positive note, yesterday was AWESOME!!! we went and saw The Kids In the Hall live show, and it was hilarious!!! Those guys still got it! Day six

So its day six. I made my 1st video ever and I admit, my skills need improvement, but at least I got the balls to finally post one. Big accomplishment for me, what can I say I'm shy :) But it is going to get better with time, I promise. Anyway I finished the vision board today, and I totally love it!!! I wanted to share... It makes me so happy!!!!!! Peace and Love!!!!
