I'm a Music Producer / Audio Engineer for a living. I also study and teach Martial Arts for the pure love of it.

I also read Katies Book and absolutely love them, especially the sentence: "Who would you be without the thought?" But I still have sometimes trouble, REALLY feeling it. I did the work and I understand it, BUT a couple minutes later I feel sad again, it is tough....but I will work on that the next 100 days...:)
