Did a bit of 'soul searching' and telling myself the truth. I think this is the first of many soul searches!
I made this video a few weeks ago and wasn't sure whether I should post it. But as my previous video was a rant about authenticity and 'showing the real you', I decided I would post it!
I think it can be so helpful if we have the courage to tell the truth to others about how we feel, but mostly, to tell the truth to our self.
As always, I realise that the advice I offer 'out' is chiefly directed at me ('in')! i.e. I should take my own advice!
But anyway, I hope my sharing of 'me' and my 'journey' may help someone else in some way with theirs. With Love, cx
