Hola Mary, Pulling a card is something Esther says to do when I am feeling confused, frustrated, or in any way wanting or needing. By cards, she means the archetype cards. I like to pull my Goddess cards. Funny story, they are cards that I bought when the three of us and Tom and Jason were in Madison. I bought them at my favorite store, Shakti. It was only this past Christmas when I realized how special they were! I would love to hear the Sonia CDs. If you want to email them MP3 I think I would be able to transfer them on to the CD. The 100 Day website is so fun to bop around on. It is something that I save for myself towards the end of my day so as not to have it become a negative time sucker like myspace!!! I love you. We will talk soon.

i hear you sista! i know what you mean. in fact, just talking about myself and making videos makes me feel that way too. but then i focus on the inspiration i get from watching others and imagine that somehow maybe others see me that way. you know?
