Hi Hope, Its Lavender...tons of it. I live in Sequim WA now and there are fields and fields of Lavender. I see your from CA. I used to live in Sunnyvale, just over the hill from you. Had to get out of the rat race. Move to WA to enjoy semi retirement. Love it here and would not go back to CA for all the tea in China. Glad to meet you. Hugs JILLY
