- I love what I do! I love being a Mom, Wife, Teacher, Friend. I love to meet new people and learn new things. I am really excited about this 100 day challenge!
I have had some amazing transformations while being a part of this group and while practicing Reiki. One of the most amazing to me is a realization of my purpose in life: to be happy and to let my light shine. You know the song - come on - sing it with me - "this lil' light of mine, I'm goin' let it shine, this lil' light of mine, I'm goin' let it shine! LET IT SHINE! LET IT SHINE! LET IT SHINE!!!!!" Okay, I know you enjoyed it - sing it again if you wish. Anyway, I've come to the realization that I desire to be a Lighthouse. A safe harbor for all who come near me. A place of refuge and no judgement. A place to rest and find comfort. A Lighthouse by just being me. Let my light shine!
I am building my own business in integrated medicine. My mission is to help others find relief from pain, relief from cancer treatment side effects, and growth and release in their emotional issues. I am teaching others how to use Reiki to bring balance within their body. The motto on the office wall is "Renewing ourselves for the benefit of others." I plan to help others by using my training in Reiki, a Japanese stress reduction technique.
I love God! I love to get even a glimpse of His Greatness! To be walking with God is the most joy-filled place to be!
I am also married to my wonderful husband. We recently celebrated 16 years! And I want our marriage to be like Barefoot Contessa's and her husband - her latest quote:"Our marriage works because I just want to make him happy and he wants to see me happy." They recently celebrated over 30 years together! Also, we have a precious child! He is my little sunshine!

- Intentions & Goals:
- 1.) I am open and allow myself to receive the financial abundance God has planned for me.
2.)I attract Reiki Clients!!! All my clients pay for my services on time and in the full amount. My clients show up on time. My clients see immediate results and are happy with the results. My clients are happy. kind, gentle, and have a positive attitude. My clients are a type of person I could be friends with. I spend 3 hours a week promoting my business. And I am filled with courage, especially when I explain my business. I am knowledgeable and articulate in explaining my business. People are eager to hear what I have to say and are accepting of my Integrated Medicine practice. I am a confident and successful Reiki Master.
3.)Many years ago, a friend of mine and I were discussing our unfulfilled dreams and hers was to visit NYC and mine was to meet Rachael Ray. So my dream for my friend and myself is: We will be flown to New York City to visit the Rachael Ray Show! Including transportation to and from the airport, a complimentary hotel room for 2 nights, airfare for 2, and free food! This trip will not interfere with our work or our family commitments. I will be able to personally thank Rachael in person for her inspiration. And my friend, Darla, will have so much fun seeing New York City for the first time! Action step: I plan to visit the Rachael Ray site once every 30 days and apply for a topic of interest and enter the trip giveaways.
4.)Exercise 4 times a week and build strong muscles through weight lifting, yoga, swimming, running and dance class. I desire to exercise and build a stronger body.
5.) I sleep peacefully every night and I wake up every morning feeling refreshed.
6.)I own a great fitting and flattering swim suit.
7.)I meditate daily for 10-15 minutes (excluding weekends). I love the calmness that I feel after mediating.
8.) I crave fruits and veggies. I use my juicer 5 days a week. I will juice citrus and greens once a day! And drink them!
9.) Establish a business in Santa Barbara, CA.
10.) To live a life of passion, love, happiness and to be FEAR-less! To go after what I desire with intensity, yet with a compassionate heart for all.

INTENTIONS
My goal was written as "I will be the healthiest me that I can be! In the next 100 days, I will be able to reduce my thyroid medication and supplements. Through the use of acupuncture, chiropractic and Reiki care, my body will re-establish balance. I will find a highly qualified acupuncturist that is willing to trade Reiki for acupuncture sessions for up to 10 times. This trade will be a blessing for the both of us."
I manifested:
A licensed acupuncturist that is trading treatments for Reiki treatments. And it is FANTASTIC!!! I feel so good when I leave his office. I could walk on air! Who would have known that being pricked with needles could be so relaxing!
June 2009 - I have reduced my thyroid medication by half!

End of Season 3
My most significant manifestation was the blessing of meeting an acupuncturist that traded treatment time for Reiki treatments. We have reduced my thyroid medication by half! On the road to abundant health!
I have also had major "shifts." I am much calmer, kinder, joyful, & happy person. The love I feel inside is naturally overflowing to all I meet. I also feel more of a connectedness with others. I am listening more closely to what they are… Continue

Manifested today!
It worked!!! Today - May 18th - I manifested my goal!!!! I now have a licensed acupuncturist that will trade Reiki treatments for acupuncture! WOO-HOO!!!!
