hello jelena,we exchanged some emails few months back,remember???just passing here to check on how u doing, i see u started a new season,how is it going????my first season didnt work very well,i got distracted....im not working at the moment and is very cold here in scotland,im so bored at home and scared to get depressed again...bought some yoga dvds and im loving the exercises, im waiting on a surgery at the end of the month so is nothign i can do right now...just sit home and wait...
how was ur end of year???

Jelena........remember that everyone is here to support one another and I want to support you. I also know the fear of the video....and threw a good number away and then felt I was failing, so I quit. When I came back again I was a little more determined and have posted some videos.

Do you know that they are most helpful to me. They caught my mood better than any other way I know... and I go journal a lot. SO..... this is all to encourage you to do the video.... when you are ready. Peace and love, Matt
