Season 5 Intentions

It's been a while since I've been active on here because all the work changing into a new field has kept me so busy! Now it's time to start a new season and set intentions on what I want to create this year!

Season 5 will be all about health and balance for me. It will be about creating a life where I can simplify and spend time focusing on the things that matter to me the most. It is about finding a balance between work and play, all the while staying fit and healthy. I am planning on starting… Continue

Eeking Out My Last Bit of Energy

Boy I am pooped. Sleep deprivation can really make you feel like you're in a slow-motion movie scene. Every time I feel like I'm about to just call it quits and go to sleep even though I still have things to do that are due tomorrow, I somehow find that last bit of energy and just decide to go for it rather than give up. It's a bit painful in the moment, but I'm always glad that I picked myself up from the bootstraps and made it to the finish line. But, I feel like I have 3 new finish lines ever… Continue

100 Writings, 100 Colors, 100 Days

Someone posted this blog post about 100 paint chip colors they looked at for 100 days and wrote about it every day. It reminded me very much of what CCOR is all about and I realized I did not actively have a practice that I've been doing every single day for 100 days. Maybe I can do something like this and be inspired by something so simple yet brilliant.

Take a look. Pretty cool.

I am getting a new pug!!!!

I've been super busy lately, so I haven't been able to post much, but I wanted to at least share this bit of news since I am so excited about it!

I have been wanting this dog for about a decade now and I finally decided that instead of waiting to reward myself after I paid off all of my debts, that I should fill my life with the things that bring me the most joy now.

I recently heard a quote that said that "True wealth is not measured by the amount of money you have in your bank account, but b… Continue

Intentions for Seasons 3 and 4

I find that all of my intentions get erased since I have to update my page every season, so I've decided to put them in my blog so that I can refer to them. Here's my last season's profile and intentions (more for my reference than an actual blog post):

SEASON 3 (5/1/09 - 5/8/09):
I am embarking a new and exciting career change in a new city! I used to work as a consultant and a user experience designer, but now I am pursuing a new career in fashion design. I just moved from Chicago to N… Continue

Season 5
Starting Date:
January 11, 2010
Intentions & Goals:
At the end of this season, I would like to be in the following place:

1. Clean and Organized Home: I am living in a clean, simplified home where everything is organized and only the things I use and love are kept inside the home. All excess is sold, donated, or given away to those who will use the things more. I have created more space inside my home to enjoy everything it offers.

2. Healthy and Vibrant Body: I am eating fresh organic foods and cooking delicious meals while exercising regularly, doing yoga and loving my new body. I am healthy and vibrant and have lots of energy to work, play, and enjoy life.

3. Loving Relationships: I have wonderful connected relationships with all of my family members and friends, including new friends that I enjoy spending time with. My relationship with my husband continues to grow into a deep loving relationship.

4. Healthy Finances: I have cleaned up my finances and have found ways to bring in sustainable income to support my life doing what I love. I enjoy finding ways to invest money wisely, find creative ways to bring in cash flow, and find ways to save more money. I am on my way towards building a solid financially free future.

5. Living My Passion: I am living my dream life. It is a life doing what I love while getting paid for what I love to do. The universe supports me in my life to achieve all of my goals quickly and easily. I have a career that has already launched before I have completed my fashion design education that energizes me daily.

6. Growing Spiritually: I am constantly and ever-evolving into becoming all that I am, one with all and connected to all humanity, all that is, and all the aspects of myself. Namaste.

Hey! I found you through youtube while searching around for more information about people having experiences with the concepts of past lives and reincarnation. It lead me here to this community. I've known about this place for two years now and never bothered to join because I figured it would be another thing on my list to do and I didn't want to "occupy" my time. Where I am now makes this place sounds enticing. I need all the positive support and daily reminders from people doing all the same work. So it is nice. Have you had any experience with Akashic records reading? just wondering because lately I've had a huge inner urge to do this or past life regression.

Hi!! I'm just writing here to tell you that your videos about meditation experiences are amazing! I have not meditated in that level, or I think I have not even meditate too much but there's a part of me that is afraid and you said that too in your video, and that's nice because I have hopes that I could have a deeper meditation any day. There's no hurries and I'm new on that!

Thanks a lot for share it!!
Much love!
Ps: You are beautiful!

I'd say it's definatley worth growing spirulina. I love it and it's only for half the year and the rest of the year focus on selling it. Definately they have to grow their own produce. It's so worth it. Look at me the excited farmers wife. Never thought that would be me. Glad your well and look foward to sharing my season 4 with you.
