i am grateful for my job. i am grateful for my health. i am grateful for my family. i am grateful for my soulmate. i am grateful for my abundance. i am grateful for my bicycle. i am grateful for all the people around me who are so helpful, supportive, generous, kind, nice, loving. i am blessed. i am grateful for my trip to spain.

Today I am grateful that I allowed myself to join this group, that I can come here and be reminded of the amazing grace of gratitude and the importance of opening my heart and keeping it open.
I am also grateful to be reminded of the practice of loving kindness and it's importance in my life.
I am grateful to have a roof over my head and food on the table.

hmm... well what worked for me is not just simply envisioning "the camera" it also helps when youre visualizing, to picture yourself Using the camera, taking pictures and film with it. Be specific would problably be the best bet, the uiverse seems...
I am still trying to figure out how to do this:
for example.. my wish = I want a free camera
do I
1) wish it, order it in the catalogue of the universe, and expect to get it soon
OR
2) think about it all the time: " I am gonna get a free camera, ...
