Okay here we are again in another season. The thing I have found the most useful so far is the emotional guidance scale list. (attached) As someone who, maybe not ignored, but repressed my feelings f…

Hello fellow cocreators,

Elise, Esther and Jerry are so great. I'm going to have to get hold of more of their material because I love what they say. Hope all that additional work is fun too.

Emmy, I have a 13 year old son and he's been on school holidays for the past 2 months. And because he's an only child, he usually travels with friends in tow which keeps him happy and me busy. So sadly, I"m not a teacher. I love your thinking though and one of the things I encourage in my son is positivity and to try new challenges, even if you think they're not cool. I don't know if its working but hopefully as an adult he will remember ......

I'm still coming and going but in a little over a week, school will resume and with it, my program for 2010. I'm really excited - I've signed up at a new gym to get fit and lose some weight, I'm commencing a photography course (and already have a paid job!), which is all part of the game plan to immerse myself in creating a happier me. I'm really looking forward to spending more time here ;-))

Blessings to you all.

Hi everyone....I haven't been on much this past week because I attracted some jobs that have been keeping me busy. In spite of the "busy"-ness, I actually have maintained, (if not improved upon), my focus upon "taking care of myself and staying aware of my thoughts (looking through the eyes of the observer). This is a big step for me. Some of my work entailed a lot of driving and so I was pleased to be able to spend the time listening to the CD that comes with Esther and Jerry Hicks latest Abraham book called "The Vortex." I think I've listened to it about 8 times now. It is fabulous!
Glad you were feeling connected here Bernie, and I will definitely check out your blog Emmy because I am interested to hear about your thoughts on utilizing the Law of Attraction in your classroom.
Chat soon....Elise

Bernie - What age group do you teach? I teach 10-11 year olds. I am trying to bring the law of attraction into school. It's so hard to take a step back during the school day and to remember that I DO have control over my day, feelings, and even the things that go on within the classroom. I feel like there is so much potential to work with children who aren't so set in their ways yet and I feel like I haven't figured out how to tap into this/include this in my teaching. Do you have any suggestions/experience with this? You should read my first and my most recent blogs if you are interested in what I've been thinking about with regards to teaching. Once you start teaching again we should work together! I need another teacher who is thinking along these lines! :-D <3

Hi Cocreaters,

Have you all been busy manifesting your heart's desires? I have to admit that I haven't (other than a parking space this morning - love it when that happens!) because I've been focused on the day to day keeping up with kids and feeding them and staying out of the heat. Those of you in the northern hemisphere might relate to this as our weather is often polar opposite (not surprisingly) so while you've been having record cold weather, we have record hot weather - 45C and overnight lows of 30C. Very hot and not particularly pleasant. The upside is that we get to go to the beach a lot just to stay cool and we like that, to a point. Thankfully the weather is cooler now and we can all sleep and catch our breath before the next hot spell. Hope you're having some warmer days too.

Elise, I have been with you in spirit so your comment was not cheesy at all but in tune with my thinking too ;-))

Hi Emmy and Shannon and everyone else reading.

School goes back on 1 Feb and I will get to focus on my year and directions more then. I have plans in place but need to activate them. I really can't wait.

I liked this quote:
"Your joy factor will remain constant as you are continually refining your ideas of what you want, and that's why it is so important for you to get everybody else out of the equation. They've got their own game going on; they don't understand your game. Give them a break; stop asking them what they think. Start paying attention to how you feel. Joy will be yours immediately, and everything else that you have ever thought would make you happy, will start flowing, seemingly effortlessly, into your experience. --- Abraham"

Blessings,

When you said "summer" break in your post Bernie, I had to chuckle because it is about 22 degrees Fahrenheit here in snowy, New Hampshire, USA. I live about 4 hours north of New York City). Even though you can't access internet everyday, you can still access us (spiritually and virtually) everyday! (kinda sounds "cheesy" huh?) Anyway, just wanted to put that out there!!!
Shannon...old habits (that we occasionally find ourselves falling into) are just a re-firing of old neural networks. You are doing a fine job. Just stay your course, keep telling yourself that the new vision you hold of yourself "IS POSSIBLE" and you will continue to lay down new neural connections that will support the shift in direction that you seek. Check out some of the other blog posts for creative ideas on how to continue reaching for the best feeling you can. Emmy, thanks for reminding us about the options for blog entries. Happy thoughts of you all.....

Hi Co-creators,

I hope that 2010 is being kind to you. I'm popping in from my summer break and find there is so much wonderful energy and inspiration here - I wish I was online where I'm staying to I could tap into it on a daily basis.

The summer break has made it a little tricky to focus on my 100 day challenge with lots of visitors coming and going but I have been trying to hand things over to the universe more and I've also been doing lots of reading and am enjoying having the time to contemplate lots of new thoughts.

I'll be popping back early next week to say hi and will hopefully have some thought provoking comments to contribute.

Blessings.

Don't feel like you all need to post your blogs here - this is just for the members of this group. And although the members of this group are AWESOME and I love the postings here, you can also post to "My Blogs" on your page and they will be available for all members to see on the CCOR homepage. Hope this helps!

I just now realized that I should post my blogs here.... well ?
I hope everyone is having a great time with their challenge.
I have had a rough time with it but I am trying.
I am doing good with the fitness part of it but not so good on the emotional part.
I have strange mood swings and now I can monitor them and maybe figure out what triggers my unhappy moments and determine whether they are healthy emotions or just plain self pity emotions. Maybe I am bi-polar? I don't believe in that stuff because I think you can cure yourself of depression but I could be wrong. It is very hard for me to believe that we have chemical imbalance ?
That is one reason i am getting back into shape for happier brain.
Gosh just when you think you have things figured out you realize that you don't have anything figured out.

Anyway I am working hard today and all weekend I just plain forgot to put in a blog entry for 4 days ugh!
Well I hope I am not graded lol -My consistence needs a lot of work.
I will have to start making daily lists again to help me remember to post since my memory is just so terrible.
Thanks for reading and have a great day!

I met with my Law of Attraction group this afternoon. We discussed the importance of "staying the course" when it comes to moving in the direction of your desires and also in keeping up the highest vibration possible.
In preparation for the meeting, I got to thinking about how I could improve my efforts to maintain the belief that I already HAVE the thing or circumstance that I desire. I came up with the idea of creating a board where family members could leave me messages. (Some of the family members already exist and some would just be a "creation of my mind" that are waiting in vibrational escrow). The messages left for me would reflect the things that I desire in my relationship with them, and the circumstances I desire for myself. (and by the way, I'm actually going to create the messages myself because this is a manifesting exercise, even though it may appear to be a Narcissistic endeavor!)

For example: A message from my husband, (who is currently in my vibrational escrow so I don't even know his name or what he looks like yet) might leave a message that says something like this:
Hey Honey,
I tried to reach you on your cell but couldn't get you. John called and had an emergency so he asked if I could come in and teach his 6:00 neurobiology class. I know it was my turn to get dinner tonight but I didn't have enough time to finish it. I did get the table all set, the vegetables are waiting in the steamer, and the chicken is hanging out in the marinade in the fridge. If you'll throw the chicken on the grill at 6:45, I'll be home in time to finish it up and still have time to sweep you off your feet.
And oh yea---get out the candles 'cause you owe me a slow dance.
Love, (?)

(I love this guy because he's kind, dependable, a good friend, and intelligent)
Another message would be from my current real-life daughter, (no need to manifest another one because she is a perfectly good specimen--LOL)
I would like to have more freed up time for myself and this could be achieved if she would be more willing to help around the house. All past efforts on my part, to ask her for help, are usually met with resistance. Time for me to try another approach. I want to hold the vision of her helping me out of her own desire. So...I might create a note from her that said something like this:

"Hey Mom,
Kierstin and I went ice skating at Zeller's Park. I put the clothes that were in the washer into the dryer....(didn't want to start it without being home.) Could you start it for me and I'll fold the clothes when I get back.
I love you,
Olivia
PS. I'll call you before I come home to see if you need anything at the store.

So, I guess you get the idea. You could create notes from family members regarding a class you have to teach (if teaching a class is on your desire list) or whatever might match your vision.
This is a bit long of a post. I get so excited I have a hard time stopping!
Happy manifesting and mentally rehearsing...

Thanks Emmy!
Yes, we've had a lot of retail growth here in the past few years, but ironically the population has only increased by 2,000 people in the past 25 years! I love this town though. I can go out and see people I know everyday i.e.(the grocery store, the hardware store, the local bookstore) but then I also see strangers every day. I think it is a perfect fit for me!
