- It's a good day because I just swam in the water at the most beautiful beach I've ever seen! It's Trunk Bay In the Virgin Islands...the same place as the photo that I used for this group. I didn't plan on coming here when I used that photo...I chose that photo because I have a Trunk Bay image in my book Danny And The Dolphin. Now I'm here in person and it's even more beautiful in real life!

- It's a good day because I am gentle with myself and others, and know that even if I don't get everything done that I intended, that it's all good. I relish in the joy, bliss and rewarding energy of the day. I am present, grateful, and alive. I feel the aliveness down to the tips of my fingers and toes. I am abundant and detached.
