The correct term is "tingly-jinglies" liked the dunk by Smardo Samuels....liked the guy who increased his vertical jump 7 inches doing a totally old-school style workout: "I jest do 100 calf raises and 100 pushups, four times a day...." what a great way to stay in shape. I liked the way Heyward's hair looked..and he did that with just water. Impressive! I liked.......the breathing in the car. Liked "whenever you stop and become conscious of the breath, you immediately connect with everyone who is also conscious of their breath at that moment. Talk about a worldwide meditation!" I love pretending....love pre-tending.....I love stopping and thinking "how would Eckhart Tolle write an appreciation list?" Slowly. Slowly and with a great appreciation of everything that was directly in front of him. "Look at this lamp. Look at the beautiful curving base. Look at the acorn at the top of the lampshade. Have you ever noticed that acorn before?" How would Abraham write an appreciation list?"If we were in YOUR physical shoes, we would be loving all the colors! Look at the popping green of the website! Observe the rich brown of the computer table. FEEL the passionate red shirt you are wearing, how it reflects this new passion you feel for LIFE! Life IS good! Life is GREAT! You are a wonderful, adorable, respectable being, constantly inspiring us to new heights of creativity! WOW!"

I appreciate this beautiful gorgeous cloudy overcast day. I appreciate viewing Lee's first video blog, so much energy on this site for all person love the buzz and tingles (yeah tingles) I get everytime i am on this site view, reading , blogging... I LOVE and APPRECIATE each and everyone.

I appeciate the nice tea cake i baked today.I really enjoyed the process.Mixing the dry ingredients and the wet ingredients.The way it rose when i placed it in the oven.mm..the lovely aroma dat filled our kitchen it was geting baked.And the delicious taste..mom and dad digging onto it..thank you it was a lovely experience:)

I appreciate my dog for being so cuddly and ridiculously beautiful this morning and for not letting me sleep because he wanted me to pet him and play with him. I appreciate the new curtain, it looks beautiful and makes the room even more peaceful. I appreciate P., I absolutely adore him and each experience is delightful. I appreciate my fun friends, they are just perfect. I appreciate having friends who accept me for who I am. I appreciate the fun script I read today. I appreciate the things I've accomplished today, the learning. I appreciate completing my tasks. I appreciate being mindful. I appreciate the love in my life, giving and receiving. I appreciate being appreciated, all the lovely comments. I appreciate my mom, she's always thinking the world of me. I appreciate the food. Indian girls are ridiculously beautiful. I love ridiculously beautiful Indian girls (what's up, Shoosh?!) I am a ridiculously beautiful Indian girl. We appreciate "we" and "your' we apprciate how it feels softer than saying 'I. Loved feeling the sun on the skin today. Functionally tanned on the way to the bank, Biked with no shirt. Enjoyed the Bashar talk "the situation does not matter, only the beingness matters. Therefore, if you constantly tell the mind "this situation will serve me greatly later, it is excellent preparation," will serve you immensely. The mind does not have to understand HOW, just that it WILL and that is enough to calm the mind and bring acceptance to the current situation, which in turn changes your vibration which then creates a new physical outcome, so it becomes a self-fulfilling prophecy. Love it.

Thank you for the green juice, the new fairy-tale life, and the all-expenses paid trip to tree of life! 24 days of green juices, baby! WOOO! Thank the lord jesus christ! Nothing makes me revert to the old ways like a trip!
