During P90x in the basement the DVD conked out ("legs and back," for the gracious soul who wants to buy Heyward a new one) so for the last 25 minutes of the workout, I was making up exercises. One in particular stood out- squats of 100lbs (50lbs in each hand) with a 5 second negative cadence. Explode striahgt up, and then count to five on the way down. After the 10th rep, he collapsed onto the ground, and, for no reason other than he wanted to, he started doing handclap pushups. 10 in a row, the easiest handclaps he's ever done. Gravity had disappeared. It felt easy as pie! "Bounce CLAP! Bounce, CLAP!" From here on out, he will always do handclap pushups immediately after squats. Love love love love these little add-ons. Love love love love "add-ons" enjoyable new things that simply get added onto your daily life.

Shreeya and Anamaria, sorry to miss your birthdays - but sounds like you both had great days!

I appreciate being honest with myself. I appreciate telling myself the truth finally. I appreciate noticing that when I give advice to others, it's really advice I should be giving to myself.

I appreciate finally realising huge truths about myself and that it is never too late. I appreciate all the ideas I'm having now and excited about taking them forward.

I appreciate being quiet enough to hear my soul's voice.

I appreciate the courage it took to speak my truth to my Mum when I could have just said nothing. I appreciate that she appreciated my honesty too. I appreciate that doing 'the right thing' is often harder but also easier in the long run - if that makes sense! It does to me :-)

I appreciate all you lovely inspiring people for being who you are and living your lives as you wish to live them and sharing so much of yourselves - especially here.

I appreciate for the pizza for dinner last night. I appreciate the money I've been blessed with. I appreciate more money coming my way. I appreciate that I'm able to pay my bills. I appreciate the blessings and my desires coming to pass. I appreciate the weekends when I can just stay in the house and watch movies. I appreciate that I'm able to get good things for my kids for Christmas. I appreciate having abundance. I appreciate having good relationships with people in my life.
