I appreciate that it's sunny today. I appreciate my shirt. I appreciate the resources that the library have for FREE. I appreciate my knowledge. I appreciate the positive people I'm surrounded by. I appreciate that it's Tuesday. I appreciate the book i'm reading now. I appreciate everyone in this group. I appreciate that I can release all feelings.

I appreciate the info I will be receiving today. I appreciate my lovely friends. I appreciate my smooth skin. I appreciate my young traits. I appreciate my beautiful pets. I appreciate my knowledge and being able to apply it. I appreciate my pc, all the resources I have. I appreciate the abundance I attract. I appreciate the love in my life, all the beauty and harmony it brings. I appreciate aligning my thoughts. I appreciate my memory. I appreciate my body and all it does for me. I appreciate believing in love. I appreciate the beautiful tress outside my window and the peaceful surroundings. I appreciate all the things that help me realign.

Improvised an ab wheel exercise with a book, felt amazing....grab any book, get on your knees, and push your arms out in front of you. Don't get too embarrassed when you realize those strange noises are coming from you. Feels so good to "put the work back in workout!" Thank you for....Monday night football. Thank you for Reggie Bush's amazing touchdown leaps. Thank you for Adrian "All Day" Peterson and his amazing strength and speed. And workout ethic. Thank you for....frozen peas. Thank you for all these people who want to buy a Kangen water machine from me. Goodness! Thank you forhow much easier it was to do P90x plyometrics today! Only one break! That's amazing! Thank you for our new outside location! It feels so good to take deep breaths while we're jumping around outside....the sun feels good too. Gotta (God I love) functional tanning! Thank you for...thank you for this breath....for the new eckhart tolle video.....for "happierthanGod...." what a great screename! Definitely beats mine: "HigherthanJesus@gmail.com." Thank you for when I feel entertaining.................thank you for when it just feels spontaneous and flowing...........................thank you for the deep breaths during the "thank you for p90x outside" sentence. Does that mean it's the most powerful? Hrm..........thank you for Bashar saying "You will have reversed all of your pollution problems in 300 years................very, very cool........................................thank you for the breathing during walks with Becky. The "head-turn" breathing..............that was very nice.............................thank you for all this money rolling in! It feels........wealthy.

I appreciate this beautiful morning. I appreciate my health. I appreciate the home I live in. I appreciate that I'm able to buy clothes for myself and the boys anytime I want. I appreciate my mother. I appreciate that iTouch is more affordable than I thought (maybe this Christmas?...)

I appreciate the sunshine and blue skies and watching the clouds moving along (how fast I wonder? as fast as a plane? - that's fast) I appreciate watching the leaves fluttering and dancing around like birds.

I appreciate discovering twitterbackgrounds.com (there are some weird ones there but also some beautiful ones).

I appreciate my faithful computer and internet connection.

I appreciate all the ideas I had yesterday - now to put them into practice!

I appreciate how comfortable and 'at home' I feel with my internet friends. This world is so 'accessible'! I love that I can share in Lee's love-filled tropical wedding and Shreeya's nature-paradise home and everything else that you're all appreciating and getting pleasure and a kick out of! Party on!

Best stuff of today....the weather. The unexpected $80! Wow! Right after...right after pre-tending I had enough money for the raw food expo....the gloves. 10-year-old Mary Charles teaching me the correct way to stuff leaves in a bag. The live meditation with Eckhart Tolle. That was great. So smooth. The amazing, amazing comeback of the Colts....two touchdowns in 3 minutes and some odd seconds of play...that's incredible. Payton Manning is God. The good vibe at the Doyle's house. Cates' good mood. Cates making me laugh by poking my face....Maria paying me to help with P90x. Doing 27 pushups. Maddie the dog interfering with the pushups. Maria's body transformation. Wow. "I wish i had a job that i love.......I am love and I have a job.......I am love in a job......I am loveIN a job..........I am lovin'a job.......................I am lovin' a job! I am love IN my job.........I am lovin' my job!

Thank you for the new visualization technique at the Bank: when making a deposit, I fill out a pretend deposit slip first....last time it was $18, 733....and then a regular one. Sometimes, I give the teller the pre-tend one, to watch her eyes bug out.
