Megan you had a fat day? Well I had a losing my pants day. Yes exactly what it sounds like. I was meeting up with my trainer today and wore my lululemon yoga pants. Well, as I was walking, I was carrying an umbrella, a huge bag, and talking on my cell phone. All of a sudden I felt something slide down my hips and down my thigh! OMG I though I'm losing my pants! Well, I hiked them up as high as I could, but they still kept falling down. Darn I though to myself! I really need a safety pin so I could at least pin them to my underwear to keep them on. I must have looked like an idiot, running with one hand trying to keep the pants up, the other hand on the umbrella and after a while I just lost it, couldn't stop laughing at what a spectacle I must have made. I know people were looking at me too! Anyway I'd lost 25 lbs since September so I guess that's my way pants have loosened up. :)

Had a bloated "fat" feeling day today!!! WHY do we all have those? It's like a bad hair day!!! xxxxx

It's a total myth that you need to eat a ton of protein to gain muscle. Speaking as someone who put on 14 lbs of lean muscle mass in 3 months eating bananas and on a 65% carbohydrate diet!! People ask me how i gained so much muscle so fast, even men are jealous, and they are so shocked to hear it was from eating fruit, not protein!! How do gorills get all their muscle? They don't eat steak!

I think this week I am going to take it easy and recover from my hard training. I let myself eat stuff like chocolate and Thai food. I've put on 4 lbs since saturday, but it's from all the sodium in the restuarant foo, I am holding water. definitely not possible to gain 4 lbs of fat in 2 days unless I ate 14,000 extra calories. I still look the same.
I am back to eating my healthy but reasonable diet-(not eggwhites and steamed asparagus with no condiments every 2 hours) like oatmeal pancakes with rasberries for breakfast, sushi for lunch...eat when i am hungry and not timing every 2.5 hours like before. later I am going to go buy a ton of veggies and fruits for detoxing. I'm going to go about 60% raw, plus protein to keep my muscle the judges criticised me on!
Next week, new game plan to put on even more muscle, to me that means more bananas!!
New plan is to tighten my legs more, put on muscle until the end of the year and start leaning out again for march 27th starting Jan 2nd. Always improving...don't stay still.

We all got one year free membership to the best fitness center on island!!
Today I had Thai food for lunch...every morsel of food is a sensual experience right now.
