Using the Attraction's Law to win the lottery
Now I daresay that I've tried many times to apply the Secret Law of Attraction to hit the $200,000 lottery and failed. I bring this up for a number of reasons, this is very frustrating for me. I just knew that I would win the other day and I didn't. I know in advance what I will do with the money when I win it. I've even told God, thanking Him/Her in advance for letting me win the lottery. Well you know what? I just won't give up. It just seems like sometimes He's/She's working against me. That's alright. I'll just keep trying until God finally gives in. I even felt the FEELING of winning the money and it still fails! I don't care if the odds are one and a million. I'm IN it to WIN it!

You know the story .... An older woman wanted to win the lottery and she was completely in alignment. She was acting as if she had already had won the millions. Her attitude changed, her radiance changed, every day she was thankfull, full of gratitude, every day she was visualizing her rich life, every day she did her affirmations ..... people started to talk about her, about her changements .... neighbours, friends, family ..... everybody was enthousiastic about her confidence of winning the lottery that there was no doubt that everybody who was close to her could enjoy this coming abundance ....
Next Saturday came and everybody was waiting after the big news !!!
The older woman to a close friend: I don't understand. The Universe is against me. I did everything to reach my goal. I've seen the movie 'the secret', went to seminars, I am a member of CCOR, I have read a lot of books about LOA ......etc
The friend: maybe we have to check the ticket again. Maybe you haven't checked it good enough. So give me the ticket ?
The older woman: I FORGOT TO BUY A LOTTERYTICKET !!!
Message: start with smaller goals to reach a big one. Try to do 3 single steps every day that is a preparation to reach a goal. If you want a job, start by sending a letter, If you want to run a marathon, start with running 1 mile, If you want to win the lottery you have to start with buying a ticket :-) Good luck !!!

Yes, I agree with these replies. The reason why I have a bit of a problem with the lottery is because there are so many people that do it who don't have a good financial mindset, have a perspective of lack, and in most cases would probably lose the money within a few years if they won it.
I think the most important thing is to change the mindset - nothing wrong necessarily with doing the lottery in itself, but doing it if you can't see any other way of making money is unlikely to work.

Good point. Those are probably the same people who think getting rich happens by only by luck so the only way they could ever become rich is to be lucky. That's how they win the lottery.
But then you occasionally hear about the rich guy who wins the lottery. He probably has the belief "I make money easily. I don't even have to do much of anything and it still comes to me. I'm so used to having money pour to me from so many sources that winning the lottery doesn't really surprise me."

Begnt hit the nail on the head. It's far easier to attract the amount of money in general than to attract it from winning the lottery. I'm sure you know the odds of winning the lottery too? That could have a subconscious affect on you as well. Forget the lottery. Or play the lottery for fun and if you lose, say,"Ha ha! Okay. So the money is going to come from somewhere else then. Cool."
